Our very quiet holiday apartment offers you cozy and comfortable accommodation for your stay.

It is located high above the town of Pottenstein, directly opposite the castle, about 0.8 km from the town center. You can reach the center of Pottenstein in about 10 minutes on foot or in 2 minutes by car.

The apartment is situated on the upper edge of the valley and is completely private. Access to the slopes around Pottenstein and its associated hiking trails begins right at the property.

Our living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day in Pottenstein. At approximately 24 square meters, it offers ample space to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Franconian Switzerland.

  • The large panoramic window provides a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside
  • From here, you can step directly onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh air
  • Modern television with internet access provides entertainment and information whenever you need it

For restful nights

Our bedrooms are a peaceful retreat where you can unwind after a long day in Pottenstein. At approximately 15 square meters, they offer ample space to relax and enjoy a restful night's sleep.

  • A comfortable, large double bed leaves you to recharge after a long day
  • A large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your clothes and accessories
  • From here, you can step directly onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh air or simply admire the view of Pottenstein Castle

Our kitchen is approximately 15 square meters and offers plenty of space for cooking and eating. It is equipped with the following appliances:

  • Kettle

The kitchen is functionally furnished and provides everything you need to prepare meals. Washing machine and drying facilities are available.

Balcony and Garden

Our holiday apartment boasts a spacious garden of approximately 300 square meters. The garden offers a peaceful and private atmosphere, ideal for relaxation and recreation. The balcony offers enough space for breakfeast "al fresco":

  • The garden offers beautiful views of the town of Pottenstein and the surrounding countryside
  • There are various seating areas in the garden where you can relax and soak up the sun
  • Balcony and garden are very private and largely not overlooked
  • A barbecue is available for grilling and dining with family and friends
  • The pet-friendly garden is suitable for dogs, so you can bring your four-legged friend along at no extra charge

Info DogsAlso, your pets are very welcome. We have a dog ourselves who gets along with everyone (dog or person). A dog bed is available. The garden offers plenty of space to play and relax. And it's just a few meters until you're surrounded by nature.

You can park your vehicle safely and quietly without obstructing the road or endangering your own vehicle. A convenient and secure parking space on-site. !Attention! Info TVIn addition to standard German TV channels, we also offer British television, not always (weather permitting), but usually available. Furthermore, if you bring your own computer or tablet, we can provide international streaming. UK residents, in particular, can use their iPlayer, ITVx, etc. accounts to access these services here as well.
